Terms of payment

1. A reservation is considered confirmed when an advance of 30% of the agreed price has been paid within 5 days from the answer of availability. Such advance payment will be through bank transfer or via postal check.
2. The remaining 70% of the agreed price has to be paid cash on the day of arrival.
